Don’t use their service dept

I had new front brakes put on. They were still making grinding noise so took them to my regular mechanic. North rook had installed them Incorrectly!! Plus the guy who checked me in for my service at Northbrook Toyota was extremely rude. Dont waste your time at this Toyota service dept!! User’s recommendation: Do not use them.
