Poor costumer relations.

Tried to return a shirt today. Not accepted. No receipt. All tags attached. Would not give store credit. The only store I know with such a poor return policy. I have to keep. No choice. Never again. Still think Nordstrom is great. Nordstrom rack sucks. User’s recommendation: Change your poor policy.
