I ordered the product for Christmas. When putting the product together it was noticed that I was missing a part. I called immediately and now will not have the missing part until mid to end of February. Have called customer service and sales and have received no help on this. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy product!

I was sent and charged 2 sets of dumbbells. I was able to contact NT and returned 1 set. I have yet to be credited to my credit card for the 1 set. I am unable to get through to anyone at NT. User’s recommendation: Make sure you thoroughly check your online order.
They charged my credit card on 3 separate occasions over 1 week totaling over $9,000 more than my original order! That is not just a small mistake!
