My njoy pod and device was working fine then all of a sudden it stopped working.

My njoy ace don’t charge anymore

My njoy ace isn’t charging anymore, I’m very disappointed with it, I just finished my second box of pods and now isn’t charging I left it all night in different connections and the light never gets on, I used a new pod and is not working, I’m so sad, to be honest:(
