Took a minor fall on counter and lip cracked, Ninja claimed that it was not covered by warranty policy.

Need a replacement part

There website doesnt let me order replacement parts and the number it gives takes you through a maze of prompts just to hang up on me. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy ninja goodies products.

My ninja doesn’t work/doesn’t complete brewing

Does not complete brewing cycle. I have cleaned it twice. Turn it off to reset, and it still doesnt complete its brewing cycle. I have also checked the reservoir to unclog.

Lid melted

The representative was no help. I was told someone would call me in two to four hours. I never received a call. I had the representative repeat my number to be sure she had the right numberit was correct. I feel lied to. User’s recommendation: I would not!,
