Exchange of garment for larger size

Purchased item #SP2KHZO38E2 in size XL. Too tight need a 1X.How do i return. Have not received a response from Ninacloak as to how to exchange. Wil.not buy from them again. User’s recommendation: Make sure of your size before purchasing!

This company is the worse. I paid for three shirts which included expedited shipping. One month later I only received one shirt. I have emailed and contacted their customer support.

I can not get a refund and was told that I needed to be patient and that I would receive an email stating when the two shirts will be shipped. I asked for a time frame and was not given one. The customer service rep stopped texting me. I would not recommend this company. It does not... Read more➤
