Indifference, Lies, Serious Loss
The package was not delivered on time, there was no notice, so I called iExpress customer service. Reluctantly explained to me that the contents of the sachet are damaged, spilled liquid. When I found out that iExpress was not to blame, I sent it back to the Netherlands to return the money for the shipment. When the shipment was returned, we found that items from the packet were lost (stolen). And a letter of apology in Australian is attached. The letter contains standard text in which iExpress does not take the blame. Very "professional" attitude towards clients... disrespect. As well as large amounts of money for which liability is NOT accepted.
