subscription terminated prematurely

I paid for the April subscription at the USK Barons Devonport gym for a full month. But on April 24, the gym was closed without any explanation. Upon arrival in the hall, all the gyms were taken out and the rooms were completely empty. I just received a message in sms format about technical problems. Looks like the hall won't work anymore and I won't get my money back. Sorry, it was a good place.
