Poor maintenance sqm
Hello, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service at Double Coffe, located at the intersection of Freedom and Stabu streets. 10/23/2019 at At 21:55, when entering Double Coffe, an employee started shouting at us in an unpleasant tone, about the fact that the cafe is already closed or we are not reading an inscription about working hours on the door. To her tone and such a phrase, it was answered that it is rude to treat customers in this way. The employee just turned and left. The question arises as to whether the company really needs employees who are unable to serve customers politely without making them want to never visit the institution.
