Wrong item sent on purpose to multiple people

I called and ordered a special jersey with a certain player a friend had ordered one also she got a different player.I tried multiple times to cancel it None the less wrong jersey came in now I cant get a return authorization for fed ex I User’s recommendation: Take a screenshot of the items ordered.
