Curtains

Take the juice to the dry cleaner to clean the curtains stained with juice. Assumed everything was very nice, I paid. After a few days I collected it, put it on the wall and the curtains look completely hooked. Shrunk by +/- 20 cm and are not comparable in appearance to the same, unwashed curtains. I call them (I remember my phone and my curtains very well) and I am sent across - I am to blame for everything. I don't have a check either, because I don't remember being given one (I know I had to ask for it myself). The 6Ls they paid didn't matter to me, the curtains were very valuable. Any suggestions?
