Nextgear has been good to us so far, It’s been about 7 months and have done a lot of good business. Only down side is there app doesn’t work and sometimes payment system is down which makes it difficult. But overall very happy with it not sure where the bad reviews come from.
High rates, insane fees, audit upon audit even for flawless dealers . Couldn’t care less about your satisfaction . We’re looking to switch but the most powerful auction company on the planet owns Nextgear so they make it convenient to use them not the competition ….
If you want to succeed in you business. DO NOT DEAL WITH NEXTGEAR. When you sign up with them day one. You clock starts ticking. And you will lose everything and they will take over.
