My account was suspected. I thought it was my phone issue or my app issue. Tried restarting phone and reinstalling Nextdoor. When I tried logging back in I realized my account was suspected! Fraud, poor service
It's annoying that what you pay for isn't what you get. The quality of the Internet does not correspond to the service package "Pro Internet". It seems to be the same internet connection as the "start-up internet" only costs 10 dollars more with the theoretical possibility that at some point the internet speed could be 800 mbit / s. I can't find any help in the help section of the Tet.org portal.
