Several unbalanced neighbors have been allowed to post untrue and downright vile comments about me, often leaving them up for days without addressing or deleting them. They do not have any customer service department and you cant reach anyone to address these issues with personally. User’s recommendation: Don’t bother advertising on this site. Waste of money.
Fraud, poor service
It's annoying that what you pay for isn't what you get. The quality of the Internet does not correspond to the service package "Pro Internet". It seems to be the same internet connection as the "start-up internet" only costs 10 dollars more with the theoretical possibility that at some point the internet speed could be 800 mbit / s. I can't find any help in the help section of the Tet.org portal.
