Just a couple days after getting a unit I realized it had bed bugs. Alot of the bugs were coming out from a little hole in the closet and upper ceiling. So obviously the bed bugs are inside the walls! They wouldn’t do anything about it. Wouldn’t give me my money back, wouldn’t send out a exterminator....

I have been without air conditioning for weeks. Daily phone call, daily emails, visits to the leasing office have all gone unheard. NO ONE should have to pay rent and not have working mechanicals. Things break, ok, but if you can’t fix itn within 24-48 hours, find someone who can. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MANAGMENT COMPANY
