When I came in today, there was a teller that I never saw before. Maybe he was a new hire. I do not know for sure. I waited until my turn in line and tried to describe my problem to him. But he interrupted me with the words: “It is against our rules”. I tried to continue,...

I live in a small small town where this bank has only 1 ATM. Before, it was pretty normal since this bank was not so popular, however, now, with the rise in clients, there are plenty of queues to withdraw money. I understand that their leadership team knows better when they should enlarge the number of their...

Is a 15-minute delay really a reason to throw a family with two young children out the door? I wasn't thinking of devoting my time to negativity and writing complaints, but I thought maybe this would help another family in dealing with this employee if a similar situation arose. Does it really never occur then? There was a record for a certain time, of course, but the situations are different, little to what happens. We drove from the other end of Melbourne, almost an hour to the BKUS AClinic polyclinic, to take my baby born a few weeks ago for a routine examination with this surgeon. There is an infant who had to be fed and re-dressed, and the baby was just diagnosed with pharyngotracheitis, which made it difficult for him to eat, which is already difficult to plan; the machine had problems and had to stop; the city has traffic that is unpredictable at all; we went to this polyclinic for the first time, we did not know what the system was there, we stood in line at the reception and while we were wandering along all the long corridors, we found the relevant office, we were 15 minutes late. I was, to put it mildly, surprised! In general, no elementary courtesy, respect and understanding on the part of this individual. I do not remember the exact sequence of communication, because I do not want to keep such negations in a vivid memory, but the phrases "well?!" were sent in our direction. "what do you want?" "which is?" "you can go, my working hours are over" etc. without even delving into the situation. I might even try to understand that I, a single lady on my heels, would come in late, and demand some humane & self-evident, but for this type, probably impossible attitude, but.. two little kids next door... I'm even ashamed of him! Probably a fat belly called for lunch! What, is it really the right to disregard even basic social norms in this country, if a pile of money is not placed in front of the particular service?! Probably if we do not pay, then such an attitude should be taken into account? I don't believe that this guy didn't get paid for our appointment and the specific time, but he had time to toss words! And maybe it's really good that it happened, I would never want to let such a person touch my child. How can one work with young children on a daily basis? I don't believe that this person does his job with pleasure at all. It is shocking and sad that the state pays for the existence of such employees in such a position. I very much hope that we will never again have to deal with this institution again.
