My account was upgraded without getting my(the account holder’s approval).

My account was upgraded when my sons decided to watch on separate screens. All they needed to do was press continue to upgrade the account I started. No one from Netflix asked me if I wanted to upgrade my account. Netflix just automatically deducted the upgraded account price from my direct debit then sent me an email... Read more➤
