I was very irritated that the harness did not run to the size chart even with added inches. My Autistic son is a Celtic number one fan and wanted it for his service dog. I called to reorder, exchange and was told I could not get the same price. Super frustrating!

Do not receive order

Customer service to call back if I still did not receive it by Friday. They will refund or resend by another form of shipping. Excellent customer service. The customer is #1.

Paid for 3day shipping but the item is coming in almost 3 weeks

Called customer service. She told me that bc its customized it takes longer and that shes sorry that nothing on their website states that beforehand. Got a refund for the express shipping price. User’s recommendation: Order early, especially if you have a date to meet ( a birthday in my case ).

Stains on my order

There were two stains in the front of my new shirt and a note that said stained at bottom now why would you send a shirt that you know is stained?????
