WARNING! I design the shipment in the e-environment with the possibility to print the address card in the parcel terminal. When entering the sending code, the message "It is not possible to print the address card at the moment. Insert the shipment in the open compartment. The address card will be labeled on the shipment by the courier". I did everything as written, trusting that the sticker would be affixed by the courier and taking into account that I had written with the pen on the consignment to the addressee, the respective parcel terminal and the recipient's tel. No. As a result, the packet has disappeared since 06. 02. 2019. The helpline is of no use. At the moment, multiple calls have been made, the delivery quality statement has been filled in (more than a week in advance). No result. Probably not. Be vigilant!
