Poor service

On September 23, 2018, I ordered a product through the online store 110.shop (order No. 3638870) and on September 26, 2018, I went to receive Daugavgrivas street 114. Money was paid and I went to the warehouse to receive the product. There, of course, took my ordered product packaged, my last name would be written on it. The product was placed in a car. It was not possible for me to check its contents - I did not drive the knife until I managed to tear open the package by hand. The problems started when the package was opened at home. It was not the product I ordered - nothing like that! Call 110.shop. The employee, who was like Arthur, said he would change quickly and that was the fault of the wines. I have been waiting three days for the courier to be sent. In the meantime, I called 110.shop again and then I heard everything that this institution thinks about customers. 29.09.the courier picked up the product and promised to deliver it to 110.shop the next day. Starting from 03.10.2018, I call 110.shop every day, but they say that they have not received the product. I call DPD myself and found out that the product has already been delivered to the address on 30.09 and it has been received by an employee with the surname Garklavs. Call 110.shop again and say that they have not received the product, wish you a nice day and drop the handset without even listening to the customer to the end. However, I would like to receive my product because I have paid the money. I do not apologize for 110.shop.
