Poor service

I put a parcel in a parcel terminal to send a product to a person in another city. It turns out how many days this person waited for their order, until he waited for the sms with the code, went to remove the product by entering the code, opening the door found that the locker is empty. Post office workers treat their work very badly. And this has been the case twice in my case.
