Ive brought my car to NTB 4 times and they still havent fixed the issue . They messed up my car

BThey told me I needed my timing fixed on my truck cause the water pump was bad. Then they cause themselves fixing it knowing they didnt know what they was doing. I have token it back several times. He needs to reimburse me for paying for what he didn’t fix on car he lied fix the receipt to look like he did certain things to car but at bottom he charged for air filter $76.97 and $167.00 for labor

Over zealous, disrespectful manager plus he a theif he charged for service that wasnt done on my daughters car User’s recommendation: Don’t go to east Brainerd road ntb Chattanooga they’ll lie to fix nothing add parts without your authorization.
