Poor service

If you need to perform analyzes and get results in a timely manner, do not trust this lab. Toll covid-19 test, I still haven't received a response after 41h of waiting. When I contacted the larothora, I could not explain the reason for the delay, as well as when the analyzes would be ready, even the approximate time. Friends also claim that it is the swan's laboratory that is delaying the results, despite the fact that they have signed a contract that will provide the test results within 24 hours. If you need test results to see a doctor or travel, don't repeat my mistake and choose a different lab.
