E-mails sent to you are undeliverable, Issues are never resolved, poor customer service

I’ve been trying to resolve this issue since 4/22/2020. I send you e-mails for more information that you request, I receive e-mails stating they are undeliverable (mailer-daemon). Either you’re not clearing or checking e-mails or e-mail address is wrong (help@***.com).

Trouble updating for payment

I am not about to view my Napster account and when I try to change my password I am not getting the emails.i also want to update payment to resume my subscription. Thanks
