The number was a fax number. Didnt work. They have no way to contact them except some ticket. I submitted several tickets and no communication.
I have to go through a couple verifications, but no more than 15 minutes to access again. As it only having this website domain for 2 days I was surprised to be locked out so fast, but for security purposes overall I am satisfied. User’s recommendation: The only recommendations I can imagine is patients.

What happened to good old fashion picking up the phone and talking to your customers. I’m trying to locate someone to walk me thru directing my DNS and I have to jump thru hoops and channels just to leave this review!! Not very customer-friendly!
Defective product, poor service
I ordered membershop.org boots. As once there were good discounts and I needed "dancing" boots to walk in the stroller. I ordered kimberfeet. Very good, warm. But pulled on 10 times and they had a zipper. Well it can't be a quality shoe. Ok, there can be any way, the article membershop.org... They don't even answer. I didn't seem to know at all. '' great deals ''! Just like I ordered the size once and as it turned out, however, too big. I called the operator, she told me this return procedure so complicatedly that I thought - I would resell it myself. It's good that my girlfriend told me how easy it is and I went back to the store itself. I admit that even special stories are so complicated,so that the person does not return.
