Can not retrieve money

Poor service

I terminated my home internet contract on 29. 09 to take full advantage of the month. The employee of the bee salon in Dobele answered that it is September 29 and will have to pay for the whole of October, which I was happy with. Unlocking Unlocked within 4 days. I still called me not to leave and asked the operator how to pay with it. The operator replied "either proportionally". I answer a bee employee in the dungeon what else said throughout the month to pay. Well, that bill came well on October 4 and the full amount was € 15. 75. I pay immediately. Another 2. 54 € is sent in November, but you don't have to pay because there is an overpayment of 13. 20 €. I have to write the article again to be on the bits to write the application offered in other ways,but I don't want anyone because I've already been and everyone says something else I believe that the bee should return the money to me automatically to the account from which I pay because the account is in my name. And the application is not accepted by e-mail because I have to go to make an e-signature that is not for me and I do not want to make it to sign an e-mail that is sent by myself, it is completely stupid. When the contract was brought to the door, walking away causes me great inconvenience. I haven't made that mistake, but the bee wrote the bill and they will never admit it. Because the "best"
