ILLEGALLY INSTALLED STAIRCASE CLOSING SYSTEM
Hello, I live at Alauksta Street 21 and for more than a year I have been confused by Pty. VIZIT (former Pty. OceanIJAS DROshiBA) Kr. Elm Street 149-408, LV-1013 illegally installed staircase locking system. The stairwell locking system was illegally installed in the spring and March of 2017. Referring to the consent of more than 50% of the residents of the staircase. Neither I nor my neighbors were asked for anything and we have not signed any agreement. This is an illegal act on the part of this corner office. Based on the number of residents declared in each apartment, the staircase keys (chips) were issued free of charge, but the rest of the necessary ones had to be purchased at the address Kr. Elm Street 149-408, LV-1013 for 5. 50 AU$ each. These chips are plastic and of very poor quality. Now we have received a leaflet in the mailbox with the fact that this Oceanian Security has changed its name, or as the article itself - to Pty. VIZIT. This leaflet mentions that the use of chips in the period from 07. 03. 2020 to 06. 03. 2016 (!) requires a subscription fee - 16. 55EUR! ABOUT WHAT? ABOUT AN ILLEGALLY INSTALLED STAIRCASE LOCKING SYSTEM? FOR YOUR OWN MONEY CHIPS THAT BREAK AFTER 2 MONTHS? Mystical subscription fees to be paid by those who IT AS have signed the contract. I will complain to the Melbourne City Council and believe that the fraudsters need to work together to prevent this illegal company.
