DPD and Telstra
DPD is a really "fantastic" company in Australia. Fantastic quotes. It is difficult to judge which is better - iExpress or Telstra, maybe both work together. Situation - I wanted to switch from xMobile to Telstra, because a lower tariff was offered there. Super, we talked about the day and the address (my place of work) to which the courier should go. A specific day is coming, I'm working and waiting for a call. Opening hours from 9:00 to 18:00. There is no call all day long. I left home, furious, confused. I think I'll wait the next day and then start calling. 20:12 arrives and WONDER is called by a courier located on the other side of Melbourne, at my workplace. He has been informed that the consignment must be delivered from 18:00 to 22:00. Although the Telstra guy didn't talk about it at all. I talked well to the courier that he would come to my work the next day around noon. 11:00 to 12:00 And what happens? He does not come at that time. I can't describe what I felt that day. So I work and around 13:30 I found the courier sms, where is he when? Of course, I did not receive an answer. I left at 14:00 for lunch and after about 10 minutes. the courier calls me that he is present. I didn't tell them anything, I just got used to it and left. On the way to it, the story ended. Of course I didn't go to Telstra, because xMobile is super malay, reacted quickly and persuaded me to stay. : ) The funny thing is that my friend also decided to switch to Telstra. Same procedure with courier. The only delivery at home and from 18:00 - 22:00. And can you imagine what happened? The courier did not arrive and did not even call. Today, still, my friend is without a shipment and without information about what is happening. I wonder how it will all end. When iExpress has to serve individuals, they treat people like sucks... but when they have to serve legal, they are ready to blush, rather, lick them in fifth place.
