Poor service
This winter we decided to go try Lemongym, filled in the application for the first visit for free, and if you like it then the promotion that costs 5 € for the next 3 months. Of course, the whole hall is crowded with people, you have to wait in line for all the equipment, we realized that this will not be relevant. We gave the key and left. Now that months have passed since then, comes the sms from Lemongym: "we have not received payment, if you do not pay the debt will be transferred to debt collectors" a little stunned. What debt? What payment? I have not received any sms, emails, letters, pigeon messages all these months. And here out of the blue air, debt. The question lemongym, you lack of communication what in the company is? It does not appear that if there is any ‘debt’ or any delay,that you should contact the person? Is this not normal in this company and cannot be considered a necessity? I would like to see where there is some info about some late payment. In other gym companies it is the norm to inform customers that in recent months there has been no visit, or is still relevant at all, but the silence of lemongym. It's easy to try to get customers, but the attitude of the company is so trivial.
