Poor service
Five years ago, our house (two staircases) in Bolderaja signed a contract for the installation and maintenance of code systems. After four years, the system says brake, the door often stands open. When calling Pty. Vizit and reporting a problem, the woman (call center) always has reservations about how the masters work in other areas and cannot drive. It is not possible to report a problem outside working hours, because the masters work on weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00. Now the door is open for the fifth day (from Friday) and so far no master has come.
