The attitude of the staff is terrible. No one knows anything to answer, just send to the next. The answers to the basic questions are unknown. The patient will not wait for the nurse at the push of a button unless someone else in the ward leaves to call. The man lay down for three days with a broken arm. no one responded to the request to look at the hand. Thank God we were transferred to traumatology next week, there a completely different attitude, all nice and welcoming.
