MyPhone
I turn to these as they call themselves REPAIR GURU for advice on a defect in the MyPhone phone display. For the first time on Friday, he patiently defended a weak but long-serving queue, and when I arrived, a laughing counter worker looked at my phone at the moment. For my part, I wanted to find out the approximate cost of repairs. The rude employee announced that the master has unfortunately already left, there is about half an hour left on the trail until the end of working hours, but advised to turn next week. I did so again, patiently defending the long, long-serving queue, receiving a strict rejection from the same unkind worker at the moment, that the master is on site this time, but is very busy for me to line up for a phone charge diagnostics. After a rather sharp and short exchange of words, however, the phone was taken away and shown to a "very busy" master, after which I received a blunt, unkind answer that the display element had to be changed and the repair would take at least a month. Following this treatment of customers, any desire to further clarify the main issue of interest to these REPAIR GURUs - the approximate cost of possible repairs - was lost.
