Non- performance and ignoring complaints
I ordered a new Iphone Sat 2020 on May 5 in the e-shop. It was informed that the new model will be available in Australia from May 7. I paid for the purchase and it turned out that no specific date is set at all. 7. Of course I didn't get a phone call in May. I called every day until May 8, all the time there was a completely uninterested answer "what are you talking about here, we have problems and we do not know when it will be possible to deliver the phone to you". 8. In May, I called again to ask what was going on and whether new information appeared, which the e-shop operator started to tell completely uninterestedly after the prepared "we don't know when it will be available and what you are here" to which I stopped and said that I was not interested in their internal organizational processes, but wonder why they did not warn at all about the lack of information and there are problems with delivery, to which I did not receive a coherent response. In view of this pofigism, I said that it is not at all serious to ignore my customers and not inform them at all. Themselves know nothingthey shoot themselves and can't solve their internal problems without even thinking about how the customer feels without receiving any response and predictions at all. Motivation to continue to be a AuMobile customer - no. Thank you, if you knew it would be, order in another e-store. And never with you again.
