Poor service

A package was sent to me from Germany on 19. 01, which I have not received today. Entering the shipment number on Itella's website, I see that they have delivered my parcel to Australia. The courier has left me a message - I do not know in any way, because I have not received any info. I can't call them - it's just music. I sent a text message to the specified mobile phone, to which no one answers me. How can the office contact it in general - I want my package?
