Damage to goods

I use the Australian post office service quite often, but the last incident made me think about using this service. The thing is that I sent very well packaged items, packed in two layers + I still wrap them with industrial insulating tape, where there is no way to separate them from each other without the use of sharp objects, everything is quite hermetically sealed. The packaging itself is tight. It takes time and no message or memory for a while until the customer becomes interested, the post office does not give him an answer. I, the sender, say that it cannot, however, leave me to address this incident in public. I apologize for writing that either the post is lost or can be described. Description, waiting, I get a call and oh or, being found and everything torn and powder everywhere that did not recognize. I say that the shipment was entrusted and packed quite thoroughly, I ask how it was thrown away and where are the pictures as it looked, so that I know 100% that it really is mine. Being thrown away. Well, I somehow don't trust the esteemed Australian Post parcel! Not all 3 products can be taken, and it can be taken in different packages and damaged at the same time if no water has been kept or even spent for some time. A question about storage that is still waiting to be answered. Discarded.. But are I and my buyer, as related owners, no longer attributed to the transaction as owners of these goods? Respectively, where does the Australian post office have the evidence I asked for? Visually. Where is the guarantee that my and my buyer's product was not submitted during the shipping process? I answer quite aggressively on the phone how - what I send if I don't pack properly - rides on top that I'm guilty of,that I will pay compensation alone (reverse psychology service, intimidation tactics), although I have sent this without problems since the beginning. Then there is a call to my buyer that I am guilty, inciting the customer in favor of the post office,.. We both laugh at the buyer about it, because it is the most common shame not to take, inform and even destroy a product outside the post office unanimously, blaming the sender. I will take a new shipment from my money to my buyer, but what will the post office answer?not to inform and still destroy a product that does not belong to the post office by unanimity, blaming the sender. I will take a new shipment from my money to my buyer, but what will the post office answer?not to inform and still destroy a product that does not belong to the post office by unanimity, blaming the sender. I will take a new shipment from my money to my buyer, but what will the post office answer? I give this authority time to provide options for compensation and physical evidence before the adoption of the Measures by Ptac. The complaint will stay here until I get a fair answer, because the credibility of the office in the eyes of me and my buyer is low! Don't use a post office, zero liability and methods are aggressive!
