Very poor service
Taking the dress to the dry cleaner "City Clean", Smilshu Street 12, Kuldiga, I got back a patchy rag thrown out. To which the employee and the owner herself replied that they could not help anything because they were not responsible for the quality of the fabric. But that's why I don't comb and get dirty at home, but I bring it to professionals to do it. When the husband received this dress, they said how it is no longer usable and what powder have you used? Of course, the man answered what kind of powder we use on a daily basis, but the dress was not even given a drop of water, because I knew that I could not clean such a fabric, where else, if I needed that dress soon. When I took the dress, because the phone call said that when I took it and then looked at what could be done, I repeated the same thing all the time,that you can't help and be responsible for the quality of the fabric. And these two ladies calmly announced that this was not the only case. Velvet was brought and there was "nothing" even after cleaning. At least don't blame yourself in the eyes of customers! It felt just miserable, because there was no apology or anything like that, and the craziest thing was that I needed the dress the next day, after receiving it, for the wedding. Sad :(Christine
