I found a dead fly in a sealed package of food and the manager is horrible

I go to Morton williams all the time, I live right across the street from the store. I bought a container of dates and there was a dead FLY in the sealed package and instead of being apologetic the manager wouldnt let me return it because I didnt have proof of purchase. I am consistently overcharged at Morton Williams. Sales items are seldom reflected in the charged price. Sometimes the prices are simply more than marked.This has happens routinely with no apology.

I typically do not review each receipt when grocery shopping. I’ve come to learn however that at Morton Williams I must be extremely careful, as they consistently overcharge. Price adjusting takes time and isn’t always worth it. This past week I became so frustrated that I hoped to shame them into changing this illegal/unethical practice. Shame on... Read more➤
