poor service

consultation 17. 00 EUR? I settled as "in the bank with numbers on the screen" for 30 minutes, I was asked by a family doctor, I was advised to go pick it up (queue) and come back again except for the number in the queue. it's nothing that I'm no longer on the requested time for at least 40min...
