On August 12, I ordered a product (beer bottle) on the website Crazydeal with a delivery date of 28.08.2018. until 03.09.2018 When the goods were not available within the deadline, I contacted the store, which kindly explained that the goods would be two weeks later. This continued for two months until I got tired and I declared that the product no longer wanted to be refunded. I was kindly answered that I apologized very much, canceled the purchase and returned the money within 14 days. It took 14 days, 20 days I wrote to the info again - apologized and informed that handing the message to the accountant, it took a month from the money no message. This was followed by another apology and a statement that I will get my money back 100%. Another month has passed, but there is no money. If you buy something on this website, take into account that if the product cannot be delivered or you are otherwise dissatisfied with it, you will not get your money back. Sandra
