I bought an apartment and decided to buy all the furniture in the optimus store. I live in Adelaide, so I bought all the furniture. When we came to assemble the hallway (mirror, back, shelf), we realized that Optimus had sold me a square ordinary board without anything, we realized that the board had been taken from some other furniture (I had not sold a set). Of course, I pay the same pricewhich was placed on the website (http://www. optimus.org/) for a set with the whole shelf. I wrote an optimus store in Adelaide to complain to me. After a while I got a refusal from them, called them, argued, wasted my time and my nerves. In the end, a free son ordered me a free optimus, which I waited a month for to be brought to Adelaide. When I saw my son I was in shock, I got the same son I had just upstairs with roundness and holes, no fasteners or shelves. I called, asked why there was no shelf, but they said we were only talking about the back. If you knew, you wouldn't expect so much to get almost the same son. I was very angry. Explore how they scold people, because I paid not only for the hallway, but plus I had to buy fasteners and shelves myself. if you pay, it's not their problem anymore - you didn't have to pay. So think very well if you really want to go through it all and remain a loser. People who work there need to deal with such situations more quickly by simply writing a refusal without going into the situation.
