We had their terminal that was recommended by our bank (BMO). We had it for 2.5 years and we were told we would not save much but we could save $250-300 per year. When we terminated last July, they said on ONE page in the middle of the contract, we had a $2600…
In a few words- lack of integrity everywhere- from hidden fees and no clarity in charges and reports to very poor customer support. And When you try to get out they will be very agressive and pushy to offer “better rates” ( my calls about rates were completely ignored for 5 years i stupidly spent with them)
Attitudes towards the customer
Great speakers Reinis Vitis and Maris Danus build a good and cheap house in your time, but still do not promote cooperation. Does not answer e-mails, requests the same information ten times, does not answer simple questions. Questions about their blocks are perceived sharply, with resentment starting to tell that other companies are lying and publishing false information. Also, I did not receive the price within five months, although I was reminded and sent all possible information, plans, rules - everything was requested even more than once. I do not recommend associating with this company.
