HP laptops broke a few months after the warranty expires (no wonder HP won't buy anymore) and take it for repair. Promised in a couple of weeks, but after 2 months said that can not be repaired because then the motherboard must be replaced and it will be expensive. They changed the video card that burned, they even burned their own (as then!). After that, they offered to buy 35Ls of spare parts themselves. I said no and found a collector. It honestly said that this PDS is a bad service because it cheats people more than other services. In my case, they exchanged the battery and the processor for another because the years did not match the details (the originals cannot be different). The battery was completely dead. In the end, he said that he would not give more than CAD 35 and sold for it.
