I ordered two bras in August. Only one arrived 6 weeks later. They have not responded to numerous emails, nor have they refunded the money for the bra not sent. The one they did send was not all that great, but given the customer service I was not dealing any further with this terrible company.
Ordered 2 bras (HUGE mistake) based on the great and very persuasive advertisements. They were AWFUL! Scratchy…no support…uncomfortable Have attempted to contact Customer Service 4x to make a return and I get zero response. The marketing looks great but it’s deception. I got poor bras (not like in the ad, except the color…) with no breast support at all! The so-called service don’t answered at all. And Paypal conceded the point to THEM.
