Delivery Problems
I ordered perfumes and care cosmetics online on Saturday, April 25, and were told to deliver within 4 business days. On Thursday, April 30, I wrote one e-mail, called, no one answered. In the evening I called, it turned out that one of the components is not in place, the delivery time is extended. Nothing that there was a gift I needed? Could you write to me, right?... As a customer, I can decide to deliver the goods to me in installments or I have the opportunity to wait. Service is generally zero. I'm not going to buy anything in the Douglas store anymore!
