Poor service
I had a stable electrical connection to Tet. Due to the change of residence, I was forced to terminate the contract. The telephone operator Tet said that no contractual penalty would be paid. Upon receipt of the invoice, it appears that a contractual penalty must be paid. So it turns out that with this agreement I am attached to one place of residence. The thing is no longer the 28 dollars I have to pay, but in principle.
