Bad customer treatment.
Hello. I wanted to share an experience with very poor service in the sand game room. As a pensioner who really has nowhere to fill his free moments, I go to sit in the sand game room, drink coffee and play vending machines. Entering the hall, as always, I greeted, but there was no answer, I went to the counter, asked for coffee, but the bartender laila replied that today was a holiday, the other bartender Jane laughed. I didn't understand if it was a joke or not, but I went to the hall and started playing games. When I had already played $ 50, I went to ask about coffee, I thought I might have forgotten, but no, the coffee was standing on the edge of the counter,asked why not brought, an was answered that I am not going to bring everything to everyone, after this reminder, I thought that I would not go to these bartenders anymore until they started working every day, I went to the bartender's wife and she sat there with her husband, asked for coffee, but I didn't get it either because seeing the most important thing was to water and entertain your spouse, who is drunk and playing apparatus. I do not know how people working in the service sector can behave in this way at all. I'm ashamed of them.
