Charged for return shipping and not refunded initial shipping for items that didn’t fit

I was only given a partial refund on two orders on clothing that didn’t fit. They did not refund the original shipping and charged me for the return shipping. I never received my package -my tracking order number revealed that Fed Ex had delivered it in front of my door at 11:12am but I wasn’t home,I was at work,when I got home I didn’t see any package for me.
