not fulfilling the contract

Never take out white health insurance they will not repay the money on time The contract is written as a money back within 7 days but I have already passed 2 weeks. but the money has not yet been given to me I called and asked when. be. money on what. they answered. that someday paying and bringing them there. interfere with. without calling them (this is probably the normal attitude towards the customer)
