Poor service and not getting what a paid for

Ordered my album with glossy paper but got the cheap paper. Way too many emails with uninformed people and nothing resolved, its ridiculous and they refuse to allow me to call them to resolve. Lousy customer service… the worst.

I ordered a book of my photographs on Dec 14. It was to be a Christmas gift. Today is December 29 and the book has not arrived. They are blaming USPS for the problems.
