Meat sellers

Usually I don't tend to "complain" or make similar remarks and dissatisfaction with the service received, accepting "human mistakes" - which does not happen, but this time in the store "Prisma", in the supermarket Domina, the sellers of the meat stand annoyed me with their... behavior! I will often buy dominoes at "Prisma", but a visit to the meat stand has recently turned into a place for unnecessary headaches. It just seems that sellers are not following what they are doing and are extremely "principled". I will start with the fact that a young girl has recently started working at the meat stand, who, left unattended, works all kinds of miracles behind the counter - she can't pack the product (in Prisma, the meat is mostly wrapped in paper),as well as not yet learned to correctly determine the weight of the product by turning it. Ok- young employee, I am not learning anything, but I did not see any other salesman helping her, teaching her, clearly seeing that the girl was suffering as much as she could. Where are the "helpful" senior colleagues with experience? Another scene - I wanted to buy a meat for dinner, asking to cut a few slices - I did not consider it a cumbersome request, I see laziness to cut, because after shopping for both Rimi and Maxima for several years, the sellers kindly cut fresh meat. Of course, after such a request, I received a rude- we do not cut! Okay, if not then no, I asked for half a kilogram - but it's more sensible. The salesman was not very diverse in his vocabulary, and I got exactly the same answer - we don't cut such small pieces! I didn't know what to do - cry or laugh... And lastly - I ask the seller to pack the meat for me - I tell the specific name of the meat, I name the price, I even "typed" it with my finger in the showcase. As if everything should be clear, I trust the seller, I don't pay much attention, I also do a lot in the store... When I went home, the first thing I noticed was the price, which was much more than I had calculated based on the product price in kg and the quantity purchased. - she had packed me completely different meat, which still cost one and a half dollars more! And I don't think I couldn't be misunderstood - I explained everything clearly! It was long, but I feel angry because I have received such "surprises" from Prisma meat sellers too often.
